{four} are you usually late, early or right on time?i used to be early, but lately i am right on time. 
{five} have you ever fired a gun?once at a friends ranch, but it was SO long ago, i don't think it counts. CL really wants to take me to the range, but im scared!

{seven} which do you prefer: coke or pepsi?pepsi. it reminds me of my great-grandparent's house. they always had pepsi.
{eight} do you dance crazy when no one is looking?i dance crazy even when people are looking. ask CL. ive got some moooooooves. haha

{ten} do you scream on roller coasters?only on the tall ones that drop. those freak me out!

Travel story #2.

so for my second trip, or should i say 'our' trip, CL high tailed it out of atx and got to sin city as fast as we could!

that's right.. LAS VEGAS.

and before you ask, NO. we did not get married. we'd at least mention that a day or so before so our families could make it ;)

we got into town on friday and checked into the Palms.. it was actually not so bad! I thought being far from the strip would suck, but it was almost like being on a cruise. we stayed, ate, partied, and gambled there. and only left hotel grounds twice. no lie.

we ate fabulous sushi (the best ive ever had in my opinion), drank oversized daiquiris, surprised CL's friends for dinner, and relaxed by the pool, drinks in hand of course.

the best part? we aren't out a dime. we only spent what we had saved and put away.. we didn't cut into any funds that we didn't need to (all bills paid in full before we left), and what we used we didn't know we even had (hello refund money)-- which made it the best kind of trip! no stress about anything.. money, dogs, life.. just FUN!! ;)

travel story #1.

sorry i have been so MIA lately, but i've been a traveling fool. 

i'll catch you up on my first trip... SAN FRANCISCO.

i went to san fran to visit my bestie, carmen. it was such a great weekend! full of relaxing, good food and wine, cool weather, hikes, and of course a little baseball. it was so wonderful to catch up with carmen, meet her sweet boyfriend, and snuggle up with her amazingly well behaved doggie serena. 

i can't wait to go back!

you were the best god-doghter i could have ever asked for. you will be greatly missed.

sancha is my best friend michelle's dog... she passed away today (9-22-10).

 i remember the day we found her at the river house and she was all swollen with flea bites and scared. michelle took her in and gave her an amazing home.

even though she was a cowardly lion at times, everyone loved her and her furry toes. she loved giving kisses and hated crowds.

 im going to miss her immensely. i cannot even imagine what michelle is going through right now.

{ten} describe something that happened to you for which you have no explanation.williamson county sheriffs are known to be jerks. i got pulled over in february for speeding and he let me go. apparently that NEVER happens. except to me.

so this last weekend, i hightailed it to Houston for my friend Brittany's bachelorette party! we had such a great time! we stayed at the alden hotel downtown, rode around town in a pink (yes, pink) limo, and had a fabulous time sending brittany into her marriage!! here are some pics! enjoy!
