We got home on Father's Day which was a nice welcome home day, especially for Colby! We had some visitors at the house and it was so fun to see everyone relaxed at the house.
We had a quiet lunch at the house and sent everyone home before taking naps and settling in for the night. A seriously huge thank you to my Mom again for helping us with Beckett. I know he had the best time with you!
The first few days home were a blur, but I know that we are extremely blessed with the best big brother in Beckett. He was such a trooper and an amazing helper. It was great having Colby home for 2 weeks, too!
We had doctor's appointments, lots of cuddles, newborn photos, and a photoshoot with Joovy! To say we didn't skip a beat is an understatement. Luckily for us, Declan loves to sleep, so we were bright eyed and bushy tailed for both photo shoots!
I even got to sneak away with Beckett for a swimming birthday party. It is so important to spend time with your kids alone while they transition from an only child to sibling. It was nice to get some fresh air and sun, too!
And before we knew it, we were celebrating 1 month of Declan...!
